It is fast starting to look like most countries in Europe are moving towards lockdowns or already in it. So... we're gonna be needing ways to spend time and we all know that favorite game XYZ will run out of juice one day. This topic is for new inspiration! We have more time now to look around, so let's share our creative finds and ideas

I got some propositions.
With the games Divinity 2 original sin, Euro truck simulator 2, Xcom 2, Grim Dawn (that will take loads of time) There's more but let's start with those Also, started playing spellforce. Nice strategy if you ask me.

For the movies. Let's start with series.
The Witcher.

Chernobyl (that one is spooky but great)
Ray Donovan That one is cool.
Rome

The movies.
Oblivion.
The Edge of Tomorrow.
Oculus if you like to scare your pants off.
The hateful eight Kudos to Quentin Tarantino for that one. Brilliant.

Also, there is this British movie about soccer fans. Rise of the Foot soldier. Based on actual events and facts. Pretty good movie.

There's so many more good movies but maybe that is enough for a start.

I am also on hold. We split into two teams, so we attend work a week then a week free.

I have so many home projects, PCB's to design, home chores that I don't even know where to start. Not mentioning unfinished game list.

As for me I'll have to do overtime the next few weeks. Many orders to fulfill and our customers (grocery shops) are killing it now so hopefully we'll be alright.
EDIT: Under the circumstances having to do overtime is a good thing. So many companies are doing poorly, and we might do that later on, but so far it looks like we'll manage, when many other companies are really struggling.

I’m still working, but have been taking extra time off too. I’ve been watching all the Marvel series on Netflix. I did The Iron Fist , and the spent this last weekend watching all The Punisher. Now I’m on Jessica Jones.

I’m saving the gaming for when I get bored of watching series and movies.

Do that! RCT1 & 2 are great, but there is a way to make RCT3 work in widescreen resolutions that make it much easier to play on modern systems.

Well I got through all four series of expanse, very good on Amazon video.
Started watching LEXX since it's said to be brilliant, damn hard going so far despite Zeb, does it get easier after ep2?.
Also started watching the phantom menace on my way through them all, I only got half HR in before jumping on Cod's MW new battleground mode which is also well worth a look.

That's a neat sale, overwhelming amount of RPG classics up there for... well practically nothing. Can seriously recommend the enhanced editions for BG1/2. They work very well and they added some nice QoL features too. Too bad my classic iso RPG binge was a few months back Already played the whole D&D classic portfolio front to back... Oh, and NWN enhanced is still clunky as hell. But it runs.

It's a perfect time to watch Ghost in the Shell Stand alone Complex Seasons 1 & 2. After that Escaflowne and if you haven't Altered Carbon and a few other shows like the Witcher should be good if you want a nice before I go to bed can run on a potato and is fun look at Torchlight 2.

I liked the Italian crime tv show Gomorrah, the first two seasons were on Netflix, they didn't get the third and fourth seasons unfortunately.
The Expanse is good, that is viewable on Amazon.

Anyone got a gaming PC to lend me in Sweden?
Also only mobile internet now for four days, as some changes were done to the internet infrastructure was done where I am and we're in limbo right now between providers...

Shaite... I already lent my secondary LP box, PC do die now due to high load... we aren't THAT far... but 12Kg shippment would still cost... IMHO our casual Tallink ships to Stockholm has ceased to work. One of the ships(Romantica) is now working as merch carrying from Germany to Ventspils Port. Quite agile actually.

It is actually a disaster. My colleague also asked for a spare PSU, his burned while us being on standby... getting a RMA on the unit is a adventure now. Okay I managed to get a used replacement from dead bitcoin farms. AX850 for 60Eur is OK.

My friends working for airlines are depressed. One lad working for Norwegian base in Stockholm, it seems they are shutting down... forever...

Thanks for offering though. It's just a bit annoying, since my PC at home is really rather quite nice. Might have to waste some hard earned cash on a gaming notebook...
I was hoping the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 would arrive in stock, but no such luck so far...

Norwegian isn't doing well at all, although for now, the Norwegian government has given them a fair chunk of cash. If they go bust, then that would be terrible for a lot of people.

I guess I have to stick with Hearthstone for now, it just gets kind of repetitive after a while

Just finished watching a movie called "The Hunt". Never heard of it before. The trailer was Meh, but the movie was awesome. Also "Knives out" is a great one with a couple of brilliant twists. As far as games go, I'm not the best person to give advice since my Pc probably cant run anything modern, and I have not been playing games lately.

I would suggest some PS2 emulator stuff... as there are plenty of games... really good ones... like MGS2, FFies etc...

Don't forget Dawn Of Mana. Even though it wasn't well received, I loved it!

I would suggest watching anything by Director Jim Jarmusch.
Amazon Prime has all of his movies, pretty sure it's all of them.
