EVGA 10xx series fan speed reporting

I'm testing from the latest version of gpus going backward and it's not reporting fan speed for the "iCX Right Fan", but the older 2.26.0 version did. Is there a reason for this or did i forget to set something up first?

I reorganized the icx code, must have made a mistake. Right fan is missing completely? Which Card?

It's not missing the title "Right fan", the row is still there, it's just not collecting data. in the speed column it reads "-RPM" and never changes. where in the other fan speed column it reads "X%" and "X RPM" and does change accordingly.
It's definitely 2.27 and newer that is broken.

I am also having similar problems (EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra) with GPU-Z 2.32.0 and testing with 2.36.0 now. I think it even changed the rows after loading once.
Sometimes it shows:
Fan 1 Speed (%)
Fan 1 Speed (RPM)
Fan 2 Speed (%) - this tends to read between 20-60% and is always wrong (compared to EVGA Precision X1)
and no 3rd fan showing at all.
Fan 2 Speed (RPM) - this seems to mirror the RPM of fan 1 when this happens not be a reading from fan 2 or 3

Other times it shows:
Fan Speed (%)
Fan (RPM)
EVGA iCX Middle Fan
EVGA iCX Right Fan
and when working like this everything seems to work fine and match the readouts from EVGA Precision X1

It seems to happen at random. So far I have been unable to make it work or not work after doing something else to effect it. Reloading when the fans are active might help but I haven't tested that enough yet.

See how the Right Fan shows "-" in the 2.27 version, that's what I mean, it doesn't ever show a speed, I tested it in game that I know runs both fans (Red Dead 2). Hope it helps.

I tried 2.26 and 2.27 and have the same problem as 2.36 so this is not my issue. 50% of the time it shows 3 fans and 50% of the time 2 fans incorrectly and seems to show all 3 90-99% of the time when the fans are actually running or set with Precision X1.
