Didn't say that but knowing how people is and always find a way to talk trash about him, he made a video about Nvidia and that video was posted here, main subject here is Nvidia.
Do you know why videos with Linus are always about Linus? He is an entertainer and not a journalist. The guy makes entertainment and here we are discussing his content like he makes more than that, plus a fanbase trying to pass 'some of what he says' off as journalism. Come on. He is as much a journalist as that eternal student that scoured TPU and made his forum cop videos about it, as if this is somehow content. This is the level of content all this social media BS floats on: zero substance, clickbaity, 'outrage culture' you name it.
Its not relevant, it won't change a thing and nobody really is any wiser after having watched it. All it serves, is to generate more clicks for LTT. Its called scoring for an open goal, not much else. And whole groups of peer-pressure sensitive kids can then frantically click on him because 'OMG its so true', because yes, for a 15 year old, these tricks ARE new. Are we 15?
If you can't see that, yes, you're missing something and it deserves to be mentioned. 'The guy has a point'... oh wow... people with five beer in their gut in a bar will make points too, and I'm sure some are truly worth listening to. But does that give those guys any credibility? I beg to differ. We can all repeat the same shit common sense can figure out, and if you can't... start getting some common sense. Highlighting it as if there is something to talk about is really just a confirmation of stupidity.
Case in point 95% of all social media-fueled content. The penny must drop and if it doesn't, you're soon going to in a bad way. The train is leaving and you're about to miss it. On all levels, government, business, and especially middle class there is a broad realization that we're moving towards a dystopia of idiocy. That movement won't stop. Whether you see this and act upon it, or don't, is what will separate you from being able to move up that social ladder or not. You're either led by an algorithm, or you're among the people who figured it out. Its that simple. Binary - be a 0 or a 1, but choose now.
