Requirements for Resize BAR?

Just picked up a 30 series GPU with my X570 platform.. on the latest bios, latest GPU drivers. When I enable Above 4G Decoding and Resize BAR, it automatically disables CSM. My drive has been formatted in GPT. I can boot into Windows with Decoding and Resize BAR disabled, but it will not boot when I enable them. Is there a work-around to making Resize BAR work without reinstalling the OS???

ResizeBar should appear in your bios when enabling Above 4G Decoding and should be set to auto.

Then test with the newest GPU-Z.

Some times you also need to update the bios of your graphics card to get Resizeable Bar support.

It appears there's an issue with the monitor. It does not communicate with the PC during boot. Other monitors work, e.g. my Omen X 25f will work and I can reach the bios, but my current PG259QNR does not. Display Port nor HDMI port.
