I thought TechPowerUp was German (along with Guru3D)? But it does mostly north america only giveaways nowadays. I remember I joined this site (after almost a year of being a lurking visitor reading comment section of news pieces. Creepy I know) to join a rare giveaway that was also available for Asians. One indian guy was on the winner's list iirc.

Too bad it's only in USA/Canada. Good thing is that these AIOs are much cheaper than expected while offering great RGB and performance. For sure going into my next build/upgrade if there isn't an even better option.
