ZOTAC today joined several other NVIDIA GeForce board partners in launching its RTX 2060 12 GB graphics card. NVIDIA pulled the RTX 2060 out of retirement, gave it a few more CUDA cores, and doubled its memory to re-launch it, as a possible answer to AMD's recent Radeon RX 6600. The "Turing" graphics architecture can still be considered contemporary, as it offers full DirectX 12 Ultimate support. The chip features 2,176 CUDA cores, 34 RT cores, 272 Tensor cores, and a 192-bit wide GDDR6 memory interface, holding 12 GB of memory. ZOTAC's board design is a cost-effective fare, with a simple aluminium fin-stack heatsink ventilated by a pair of fans. The card draws power from a single 8-pin PCIe power connector. NVIDIA hasn't released an MSRP for the RTX 2060 12 GB, so this card could cost anything.

Aren't they just re-releasing the 2060S version, but keeping the 192-bit wide GDDR6 of a RTX 2060 and doubling the VRAM?
New RTX 2060:12GB RTX 2060 has 2,176 CUDA cores, clocks are unknown based off this posting. RT core count is 34 and Tensor core count is 272.

Original: RTX 2060 has 1,920 CUDA cores. Clocks are 1365/1750. RT core count is 30. Tensor core count is 240. 6GB GDDR6.

Updated Super version: RTX 2060S has 2,176 CUDA cores. Clocks are 1470/1750. RT core count is 34. Tensor core count is 272. 8GB GDDR6.

Will the 192 bus hinder the performance at all on this new model?

Why else would they do this complete SKU refresh?

It doesn't matter anyway, because you can run multiple different throttled applications on the same GPU; LHR is really not trying very hard (or else, they would prevent any other multiasking when Ethereum is detected).
I agree it will be LHR. It can be partially overcome with multiple apps however with version 2 cards it's a PITA. So depending on the price point it may not be worth it for miners. Scalpers and bots will still be in play unfortunately.

So, is this RTX 2060 12GB Graphics Card another LHR card, or no?
I doubt it.
Charts are already showing around 50% increase in Mh/s over a 3060 which are LHR
