RX 5700 XT PowerColor Red Dragon Fan Spin and no Display and not detected !!

Hello everybody.

i have RX 5700 XT power color red dragon fan spin and no display at all.

also its not recognized by windows or hiveos.

i flashed the both bios by SPI Flasher but nothing happened.

the GPU almost in brand new contention but
unfortunately cant RMA since i dont have the invoice.

i hope anybody can help me with this issue.

my days of re flashing vbios are gone
but first need to know for sure what card do you have, maybe from sticks? or photo from the die and mems?

Using HDMI or Display Port? Try switching to the opposite, boot and see if it works. If so, you can then switch back to you desired port. I would say that most times, on first boot, the HDMI works best. Then power down switch to Display Port and wallah!

Just a thought.

Tried all but no luck, The gpu still not recognized or dedicated by windows or hiveos.

Sell it on Ebay as not working and get some money back.
I can't understand why people flash BOTH bios and totally kill a GPU.

Flashing both bios totally kills the GPU?, cant it be restored by SPI flashing?

The problem may not be the BIOS at all. Something is dead/broken on the GPU, which might or might not be BIOS related.
IF another component is broken, tinkering with the BIOS won't help.

Also, you said card was stored unused for a long time -- it is likely it was dead even before you (or someone else?) put it away for storage.
