Crazy prices!!!!! The 5700X is like $317 CAD but the steal is the 5600 or 5600G for $187 CAD. Cut another $200 from the 5800X3D and I will snap one up.

5700X is $285 CAD after coupon (not taxes though) Trying to resist pulling the trigger. Those 5600/5600G are tempting also.

I was considering upgrading from my 5600X but my student loans say NO regardless of prices. Ultimately I'm happy with the 5600X anyway, although I'm very glad that there's no longer any excuses to be using a CPU that sucks.

That is true is you want to build an APU based system but for me the 5600 is the best deal if you want to pair it with a GPU as it is Pcie 4.
