Intel Reports Second-Quarter 2022 Financial Results. First Net Loss in Decades

They increased the prices by ~$100 for each chip
Please dont start with the 10nm and higher performance, 12900k is 60mm^2 smaller than 11900k and when you remove the toy cores the real cores take even less die space
I was referring to the lower tier non K cpus...

The writing has been on the wall a while, AMD just usurped Intel in market Cap too, and Arc is now in serious trouble, and while a rumour, it's clear to see Arc has been an absolute nightmare to bring up.
Hopefully they turn the ship round because if Pat gets replaced again it's going to get real ugly real quick.

Thing is market cap doesn't mean much in reality, just share price multiplied by number of shares. Objectively speaking Intel stock is still a much better value with a ton of extra assets and a share price that's outright cheap at the moment. Mobileye alone is estimated to be valued at 50 billion when it goes public (a third of the current Intel market cap lol).
