* This topic is how I solved my stuttering issue, it may or may not be the same problem as yours.
It is well known that most in game stuttering and freezing issues are related with either gpu vram or system ram. In order to minimize pagefile usage, It is a good idea to clear the ram periodically in order to minimize pagefile usage which assumingly would work for most of us. But if your problem hasn't solved yet, here is the advanced method. As a working principle, Windows almost always tends to keeps previous instruction sets to "System working set" area, in order to decrease the code access time. This principle sounds good at least theoratically, but in reality it is the main issue for stuttering.
To solve this, we can use automated system working set cleaners such as "Intelligent standby list cleaner".
The main screen (and only screen) and the configuration should be as follows:
