386K would make lot of sense since the 386 turns 40yo next year and Intel probably releases a new lineup?The 8086K fit in their numbering scheme at the time. The next opportunity is going to be the 386K or, if they skip the 300 series because of AMD's interference, 486K.
It these would've hit the market in 2022, then also a 286K would've be a reasonable release.
