I tested the setting here quite a bit almost half a year ago and recently with some update (i was able to push the Cache down to -59.6mV from -51.8mV and the PL1 PL2). But I realized I wasn't consulting people who really knew what they were doing and I also noticed it starting to heat up quite a bit recently when I played a few titles. I'm using a Llano V12, because it's a vacuum cooler, very little dust gets in. I couldn't push lower than what I'm showing here with out it BSOD.

All with the cooler on 1200RPM, as going higher make no difference.
Game tested: Elden Ring, DOOM Enternal, Warframe (all mid to high)
Tools: Heaven Benchmark 4.0, TS bench

No need to consult any experts. You are the expert of your laptop.

If it was my laptop, I might bump the turbo ratios up from 36 to 38 or 40. I like performance. I understand that you probably lowered the turbo ratios to reduce heat. That is OK.

Intel designs their CPUs to run hot reliably so you are not going to hurt anything by running your CPU a little closer to its rated speed. For some games, a faster CPU will probably make very little difference. It will just run hotter and create more fan noise. That would not be good.

I would use TS 9.7.3. It has some new features and it might fix any minor bugs even on your 11th Gen CPU. The new version allows setting different power limits for each of the 4 profiles. That could be useful.

If your games run smoothly and the TS Bench runs without any errors then everything looks good.

Thanks for the reply and your suggestions. Most of what I did here was based on what you said in similar situations to mine. Seeing you say that makes me so glad I did it right lol. Yes I was able to get it running stable after almost a week of testing using what I listed above after my update. The only thing I can think of is to replace the old paste with Honeywell PTM7958 for further improvement. I will update to the new TS version to see how it goes.
