You can run AtiTools and ATITrayTools together. I have both installed and it is no problem to launch them both. Yes with lower to 800 MHz i meant to clock it to 400 Mhz (800 MHz DDR).
It has no sence to Vmod GTO with stock cooling. Vmod is useful when you have low temperatures and you cant get higher clock without artifacts.
