There's no quality issues with Blu Ray disks. It was only one bad batch sent out by one factory. It was just blown way out of proportion.hey just keep the money and get some damn good pc games and xbox 360 games, i mean the only decent ps3 games are the multi format ones like COD 4 which are better on pc in my opinion.
i know they run linux but tbh you have a pc so no need to do that i would run it for fun but no use really.
also blu ray has a less quality selection of movies imho
it has problems with the quaity of the disk itself aswell
just stick to dvd or get a hd dvd [layer good thing is the xbox 360 addon runs on a pc via USB
or just get a Nintendo DS
