Yeah i started to get on awhile back but from a different company. Creative i think, but thanks though i'll keep that in mine.

I missed this post. The auzentech still uses creative drivers so be aware. Creative has sole ownership of xfi technology.

it is a growing trend sad enough. Asus is by far the worse, I mention them so much because I hate them so much. I had one guy yell at me, one guy hang up, one guy tell me to go buy new stuff, and one SUPERVISOR hang up on me. And I wasnt being rude at all too.

Gigabyte is the same way. While with drivers mostly. Bios they kinda slow, but not bad. I've had the board for 4 months now, and there's already been two bios for since. I wish they would come out with another one. Something with pci-x settings.

asus drivers are pretty much 3rd party anyways and who cares about aigear or the other motherboard utilites. better stated, intel is slow with drivers. but why bother fixing something that isnt broken. intel already has a insane lead as far as performance goes over amd, so they have no interest in developing free software that will make their motherboard chipsets any faster. to put it short, they dont care that we want more. and asus puts out a bios like every month or so, they just dont release it to the public very quickly;) for my motherboard (maximus formula modded to rampage) im already on bios 0308, and have already gone through 0214,0 215, and 0219. how old is the rampage?

im finding that asus is actually very quick with bios updates. i was getting bios updates before the motherboard was even released.

Intel is losing the GPU battle right now but crushing AMD with their processors. And it matters what board you have..... my old board had like 3 bio updates in 5 years.
