Transcend Ram

I got a call from them and they said they cant give me my 1200+ mhz back :O and they said they would give me 800mhz ram + 120gb sata hdd, 4gb or 8gb mp3 player.

i dont need a hdd as i have 1061gb, i have a archos av500 (30gb) and i want my 1200mhz ram back.... they say its a fixed offer so what should i do?

i did. i specifically told them WHY i bought it and they said its obsolete! i was like wtf 1200mhz ram is obsolete so its getting replaced by 800mhz?

I would send the RMA dept and entire email linking to the thread on here, and ask some of the people who have ordered some to send pics/info of the and such proving to them that it isn't obsolete and they should give you an exact replacement or full refund.

the 6400 overclock just as well. might want to go for Team Xtreem or Buffalo Firestix next time

Yes, you want your money back, or some 1200mhz ram. The PC2-6400 ram does NOT overclock nearly as well, unless you are extemely lucky. Hell, one set of 6400 Transcend ram I bought went back because it could not do 800mhz at the advertised voltage.

eitther A) give me 4 gb of 800mhz (if they have heatspreaders)
B) give me 2gb of 1066 and a 8gb mp3 player.

i know your a big transcend fan, but 6 months ago when i asked what ram to get i was recommended this ram because it clocks high and is a good brand for the maximus ect.
