used 1070 or new 1660Ti

If that's the case just ask yourself, are you happy and willing to pay considerably more for approx. 3 FPS at 1080P across the TPU suite of games tested? If yes get the 1660Ti, if No then it's the 1070.

can you get a RX580 8GB? i got one for really cheap, and they seem to be cheap everywhere due to excess stocks from mining i play at 1080p as well. BFV works 80fps in dtx12 and maxxed out.

i finally chose the GTX1070, and couldnt be happier, very fast, very quiet, plays pretty much all games at 1080p maxed out 60+fps
