    Not sure that is true. Ive had drives with different drive speeds, software with different speeds on the same media. It was a long time ago though

    This is Nero Burning Rom I use to burn a lot of stuff. Speed never made a difference. But some would claim it did. Never had an issue burning full speed BR back up's, DVD, CD or Media. You just don't want to be doing other stuff when burning

    The water cooling could be failing. Check the load temps

    Try another gpu. It could also be you power supply or a cable. Trouble shooting is going to be switching parts till you resolve the problem. Or take the gpu and put it in another pc and stress it.

    The bottleneck is nothing to worry about For the Ivy Bridge you would half to have the latest BIOS. It won't boot without it. You would have to boot to a Sandy then update it And $150 is slightly high

    The MSI B75A-IE35 might need a bios update to run a 3570/ 3770 I didn't check but $150 seams high

    Snap on make a zip tie tool. Not really necessary though. Velcro ties are nice too

    Just don't be "that guy" who puts zip ties on everything and cranks them down. It can damage the wires
