Fritz Chess is not so reliable benchmark if you use chess engine for real world. All chess engine although can scale very well with multiple cores...

Asrock Z170 Pro 4 for overclocking. It has quiet decent 10 phases VRM.
If you don't interest in overclock then choose whatever you want.

This CPU should hit 5Ghz stable easily at around 1.35V-1.4V if you have sufficient cooling.
