Flashing Radeon RX 5700 with RX 5700 XT BIOS: Guide & Performance

If you already own the 5700 Reference and are willing to take the risk, it is worth it.

AMD to Cough Up $12.1 Million to Settle "Bulldozer" Core Count Class-Action Lawsuit

The Bulldozer uarch was good, absolutely. However, they never fixed the weaknesses in the uarch, like too slow cache and other such stuff and instead, moved on. Probably best for them, since they never produced a new chipset beyond the 990FX.

Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Pulse

Doubtful. Also, why is not having RT hardware at this price point a negative? Pretty much anything at this price point will not be good for RT anyways.

    Cooler Master Mastercase H500

I said it is slightly modified version of the Mastercase 5, not that they took a Master Case 5 and slightly modified that. They most certainly have much alike to one another, though.

    Cooler Master Mastercase H500

Slightly modified version of the Master Case 5, which I own.

Custom Radeon RX 5700-series Only by Mid-August: AMD

Nope. I do have some hearing loss but, even with my hearing aids in, the Vega 56 Reference card is not loud, at all. Now I also own a Reference Sapphire RX 5700 which is also not loud. Oh well, your loss.

Well, I am but for this information, I think I saw it on MSPoweruser.com. ;)

Microsoft's Biannual Major Windows 10 Update Cycle to Slow Down

Heck, I was aware of this 2 months ago, where have you guys been? :D

Custom Radeon RX 5700-series Only by Mid-August: AMD

And you have determined that through painstaking testing yourself, eh? Dude, you have your opinion and you can say look, others online say so too but, I have a Vega 56 Reference flashed with a 64 bios and have had zero issues or noise problems, contrary to folks like you claiming otherwise. Oh...

Custom Radeon RX 5700-series Only by Mid-August: AMD

Not at all, since they is a decent stock of 5700 and 5700XT's now. :)

NVIDIA Won't Launch GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super

Anyways, no 2080 Ti Super anywhere in sight but hey, Nvidia thinks they are probably safe and AMD is not really a threat. Could be they will be B'Slapped because of their possible complacency but, we will see, eventually. Oh, as for Vega being the next great thing, the person who sold you on...

NVIDIA Won't Launch GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super

Nah, just immune to you, thankfully. As for Navi doing well, that is a fact. Besides, without Navi, Super would not have been released, just saying. Also, it now has made the 2060, 2070 and 2080 a no buy now. (Radeon VII as well but, they are already EOL anyways.) That and if you need a good...

NVIDIA Won't Launch GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super

Thank you for admitting I am correct, as the link I provided shows. Does not happen often so I will take it where I can get it. Also, being called kid at 52 is a compliment so, nice try. :D However, I do not need the Navi since I already own a Vega 56 and do not game all that often, anymore...

NVIDIA Won't Launch GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super

LOL! A card that cost $100 to $300 less, barely uses more than 35 watts additional when overclocked, against an overclocked 2070 and still beats it? Nothing meh about Navi in the real world, only in your mind. :)
  15. M

NVIDIA Won't Launch GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super

Take the time to check out the overclocks on the 5700 XT that are being obtained and you will then stay informed. Also, you were saying: 5700XT Uber feats

NVIDIA Won't Launch GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super

Umm, what? Keep in mind, the talent they lost was no talent at all and much of it was marketing, anyways. As for Navi, not sure how you can consider a GPU that can beat a 2070 Super and 2080 is meh. And these are just the "mid range" and as for Vega being the next great thing, the person who...

Ahh, yes add the $399 additional cost Ultra name. :D

Jon Peddie Research: 20 Million Shift from PC Gaming to Console Gaming by 2022

You would think only Nvidia exists and that AMD is just a distant memory. GPU prices keep rising? Not from my perspective, unless you think only Nvidia exists.

WD Blue NVMe SN500 500 GB

Hmmmm, interesting, I am guessing the x2 is a newer version then. Up until now, the only ones I have seen with 2 notches are the Sata versions.
  20. M

WD Blue NVMe SN500 500 GB

That is not a standard Keyed M.2 device, that is Sata specific. NVMe has only one key well Sata has two. However, perhaps they designed a new keying for the PCIe x 2 but, it sure looks exactly like the Sata M.2 interface, from my experience.
  21. M

WD Blue NVMe SN500 500 GB

Except that the picture is not an NVMe but a M.2 Sata interface.

    AMD Radeon VII 16 GB

Yeah, much better to use the Nvidia Space Invaders build quality instead. :D

AMD Unlikely to Fix DX9 Games Bugged by Adrenalin Driver

5 games is not the end of DX9 support, as much as it is spun that way. Also, I would love to see an NVidia 1080 Ti support all games 100% without issue on the latest version of Windows 10 with only the latest drivers, which as all is truly and fully aware, is not possible.
