Corsair A500 Dual Fan CPU Cooler

Blast from the past, Antec's first foray into air coolers (as far as I recall) came and left the market fairly quickly. https://wccftech.com/antec-launches-khler-series-high-performance-cpu-coolers/ Antec has a few lower end coolers. The A30, A40 Pro, C40, C400, etc.

NVIDIA's Lightspeed Studios Aim to Remaster Games With RTX Effects

I don't see any negatives to this. At the very least there will be a number of devs well versed in RTX - if they leave after a while they can take their skills to other studios and assist in implementation into new engines.

ASUS Radeon RX 5700 XT STRIX OC

I'm agreeing with you. The only reason to test DXR on NVIDIA vs DXR off AMD is if you're pushing an agenda.

    Microsoft Launches Chromium-based Edge Browser

Wow, you need to reread what I posted. I’m not faulting them at all.

    Microsoft Launches Chromium-based Edge Browser

No, that's Microsoft as well. PowerPoint, Skype, Vizio... I don't have a problem with it, as the products we use today are largely a product of Microsoft's involvement.

    AMD Radeon VII 16 GB

There's no need. The problem was that no current software could interface with the card other than AMD's own, which was a failure.

    AMD Radeon VII 16 GB

Thanks for the reply :) Can you give us any insight as to how you got around it (genuine interest) or is that top secret for now?

    AMD Radeon VII 16 GB

@W1zzard Thanks for the write-up :) Firstly, I am not insinuating anything here, but do you have any reason for being able to overclock the card when nobody else could? der8uaer couldn't get a performance increase, Gamers Nexus apparently couldn't get an increase (I'm going by Roman's video...

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Put Through AoTS, About 16% Faster Than GTX 1060

    I can answer that. It's because it's 16% faster, not 11% faster.

ADATA Sets New Overclocking Record with XPG SPECTRIX D80 RGB Memory Module at 5584 MT/s

Of all the CPUs I’ve run subzero, I’ve damaged the IMC on an Athlon FX-55 and that’s it. During a session with a friend he killed his Phenom X6 1090T due to bad insulation, but that’s the closest I’ve been to killing something. I’ve run hundreds of CPUs subzero, so no, it’s not a case of “you...

ADATA Sets New Overclocking Record with XPG SPECTRIX D80 RGB Memory Module at 5584 MT/s

At least when you’re done with LN2 you don’t need to rebuild the engine :p And there are plenty of other analogies. The largest house of cards - it can’t support any weight. That’s the first thing that comes to mind, yet nobody gives that any grief.

ADATA Sets New Overclocking Record with XPG SPECTRIX D80 RGB Memory Module at 5584 MT/s

People don’t have problems with top athletes running sub 10s 100m sprints (a figure unobtainable for the vast majority), Formula 1 (a career or even opportunity unobtainable for the vast majority), drag racing, NASCAR, space exploration, etc. yet always have a problem with computers being pushed...

ADATA Sets New Overclocking Record with XPG SPECTRIX D80 RGB Memory Module at 5584 MT/s

    It’s 2791.6 MHz, which would be averaged out to 2792 MHz. 2792 MHz is 5584 MT/s /shrug

ADATA Sets New Overclocking Record with XPG SPECTRIX D80 RGB Memory Module at 5584 MT/s

MT/s is millions of transfers per second. It is quite correct, and the bandwidth would GREATLY exceed 5,584 MB/s even in single channel.

3DFX's Canceled Rampage GPU Pictured, Put Through the Paces in 3D Mark 2001

That was covered in the comments at the source. There are no properly working drivers for the card, and the owner of the card is lacking the documentation to develop his own.

Your Retro Gaming PC Builds (1995 - 2005)

I mentioned that above. 3dfx was the daddy of the 3D graphics we have today with innovations including hardware acceleration, anti aliasing, soft shadows and reflections, depth of field blurring, motion blur, multi GPU cards, etc. “You could play a PC CD-ROM game without a 3DFX card, but I...
