This is certainly not something new. 'Member when printer companies (HP, I'm looking at you!) were douches when Vista came out? They wouldn't...
I hear ya. I keep a small pile of retention brackets for AMx around, always have someone come in and one of the nubs on the bracket would be...
General feel on other sites is not pretty. Expecting the worst, hoping for the best.
That i9-7900X price is a bit flimsy:
Intel: Recommended Customer Price $989.00 - $999.0
Newegg (antonline): $1186.96 (OOS)
Amazon: $1049.99 (OOS)
Come on Ryzen APUs, come on...
I hope nobody honestly thinks Intel will be "kind" to us and drop the price of the i3-7100 down.
*le sigh* This is right up there with CPU OCs with all-but-one-core disabled. :shadedshu:
Oh, probably a militia-level arsenal owning Texan lifetime NRA member. :p
That additional penalty could hit 4.5 billion.
Wait, wut? How does a hoodie accomplish that? :wtf:
 One of the comments on the article was pure gold:
They have been doing this for a while. I noticed it a few months ago and did a big smh but didn't think it was a huge deal.
*hugs all his $75 850 EVO 250 GB drives from years ago*
RIP SSD prices this year.
I do seriously hope that no one was actually shocked over this. If this was [insert any company name] they likely would have pulled some...
Just as important, will it take a Windows 7/8 key on a fresh install like the current ones? I have a pile of Windows 7/8 keys collecting dust. :p
It is said that one can't drive through East Texas without seeing fields full of patent trolls, free range grazing.
Really? I sell ~10/month of 500 GB and 1 TB Blue 3.5" (7200 RPM) and have yet to RMA one in ~2 years.
I miss the old old days when WD didn't have any color code system on their drives. :p
Not seeing a listing for the Commander Pro on Newegg at all, shows OOS at Amazon. Price on Amazon shows $69.99.
For us peasants who don't live where the Euro is used:
83€ = US$93
494€ = US$555
What is the general consensus on those TDPs? :wtf:
Also, Threadripper made me giggle like a 5-year old a little bit.
 Those prices made me poop my pants a little bit. I thought the 4x8 GB DDR4-3000/3200 RGB disco lightshow RAM kits were expensive...
Come on folks, 10 second search on their website (http://www.lian-li.com/en/dt_portfolio/pc-o11wgx/) would reveal a metric buttload of pics with...
Yup yup, my Asus TUF Z270 Mark 2 board has some 3D printed parts on their site. I just don't know anyone local with a 3D printer.
According to their website they will be putting out the 3D print files for that top/bottom trim, if anyone is into that stuff.
