EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra

Wonder if it would be beneficial at all to stick a few thermal pads on the back of the card where the memory chips and VRMs are. Seems like a few other manufacturers are doing that for their 3080s (Asus Strix/TUF, MSI, etc) yet EVGA didn't.

AMD Launches AMD Ryzen 5000 Series Desktop Processors: The Fastest Gaming CPUs in the World

What. There's quite a few videos on the web with a 10900k/3080 @ 4k high settings doing ~90 fps. Warzone tends to average around 80 with RTX on, and 85 with it off. Regardless, we won't know how Big Navi performs until the 28th at the earliest, so I wouldn't be tossing out things like that until...

New Alienware Products Deliver Performance Every Gamer Deserves

As much as I want the 27", that $1099 is a bit rich for me, I'll wait for a price drop. They're going to pull the classic Dell anyways, overprice by $200 and cut it down within two months. Most recent example of that is the AW2521HF/HFL where it was priced at ~$500 and then dropped to $364-384...

HP Announces the Omen 27i Monitor: 27" QHD, Nano IPS, 165 Hz, 1 ms, Adaptive Sync

Most likely the same panel as the LG 27GL850 and the ViewSonic XG270QG. Offers 165hz vs 144hz on the LG. ViewSonic has a native G-Sync module (which is why it commands that extra $100 premium), while the LG and the HP are G-Sync compatible/certified (well, I imagine the HP will be since the rest...

Rumor: NVIDIA's Next Generation GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 "Ampere" Graphics Cards Detailed

Sure there's plenty of research, AMD can only compete with Nvidia at the low-mid tier end currently. They are of course planning on a high end GPU, but how that performs will remain to be seen. We can talk all day about the current die sizes and prices, which will still be the same most likely...

Rumor: NVIDIA's Next Generation GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 "Ampere" Graphics Cards Detailed

It's going to be a bit ridiculous if Nvidia is going to keep their current price hike for their 3xxx series. It was already ridiculous that the 2080ti had an MSRP of $1199, which was a massive 58% increase over the 1080ti's MSRP of $699. If we go back to Kepler and Maxwell, Maxwell even had a...

Amazon Could be Pointing to Halo 5: Guardians Release for PC

Would rather have MCC at this point since PC never got 3 and 4. Regardless, I guess this would be a welcome addition.

CORSAIR Teases Upcoming Amazon Prime Day Deals

It’d be nice to see the mirror edition go on sale too, but I won’t keep my hopes up.
