    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

Thanks for giving me the confidence. I guess that 36ms delay might happen when watch dog Legion slows down by so much because of Ultra Ray tracing settings that causes the frame rate to hit the 60 FPS mark. But then, will the input lag 36ms persists when game frame rates drops below 60? Or it...

    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

I believe Asus to be one of the top monitor manufacturer around, even if they tend to be a bit on the expensive side. Be sure to check for reviews to see if there are any pros, cons & issue that you need to be aware of. YouTube is a good place as any for a good top listed monitor. And be sure to...

    9600K runs @ only 4.2Ghz

I have considered this also. You're right, but that's like a manual DLSS? IMage qualities will be blurred, won't they?

    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

That's my plan also, I mean stick with this cheapo BenQ GW2270, it's a VA panel but I don't know it's input lag specifications. Then I'll see how things go after getting the 1080p. But I can imagine when the system is throwing in two hundreds of frames to the 60Hz monitor, the interruptions to...

    9600K runs @ only 4.2Ghz

Run Transport Fever 2 and you will see it bleeds below 60FPS By the way, what is the meaning of undervolt in the above video? RTX 3080 shines in the game. Most RTX 2000 cards marginally make 60 FPS @ that resolution.

    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

So my hypothesis you also reckon is feasible? I don't mind a lower resolution, and I love a higher resolution coz they are more beautiful but my distance from the monitor on my desk is only around 1.5 ft. I will have to move my head around to check everything on the screen like mini map and...

    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

Why the CPU is bottlenecked by the high Hz 1080p monitor? I'm lost.

    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

Firstly, thanks for helping me with that article. Have you heard of ASUS VG295QM ? It's a 24.5" 1080p / 240Hz monitor. The reason I choose 1080p is because I fear that even 3080 can't handle Watch Dog Legion when Ray tracing is turned on on a 1440p/144Hz monitor like ASUS VG27AQ1A. At lower...

    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

I have read it. It's what I'm looking for - input lag. Quite often in the past, I lost in multiplayer games like BF V and other shooters. Despite I m no esport professional, still winning means a lot to me. I suspect I lost to my own problem with the monitor. Now I want to one thing, I'm going...

    9600K runs @ only 4.2Ghz

If I stick with the 1080p/60Hz monitor, I can still get 60FPS when the RTX 3080 runs with Ray tracing on. Note that Ray tracing ON imposes severe penalties on FPS. I have to make provision for that, isn't that the point? Actually there is a YouTube video showing a 3570K/RTX 3080 combo, a bit insane

    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

Sorry, I made a mistake during observation. Apparently, Stars War requires going in to video settings TWICE to update it. After that's done, it's now butterly smooth whether I turn VSync on or off, a bit weird though. But now I have another question: if VSync can lock on to the monitor's...

    9600K runs @ only 4.2Ghz

Yes, I wish to buy a 3080 to play 3A games. But it is very expensive. I just ran Battlefield V. Compared to The Division 2, BFV uses more CPU power. It's 55 to 80% most of the time, temp on all cores hopped to 61C. Then I was thinking: should I get some more cores...It seems that some 3A...

    V-Sync helps reducing lagging?

I was playing Stars War. The game movies played @ 1253 FPS!! And in-game, FPS was all good well over 134. Problem was stuttering. So I turned VSync on to lock it to my cheap BenQ monitors refresh rate @ 60 FPS. NOW, it's butterly smooth. Why? is that so?

Yes, I've managed to find the MCE , it's on the first page of the BIOS screen. Enabled it. ALL CORES at 4525Mhz. I'm so happy to see that. Temperature were holding between 45_56C, is that good figures? That's when I was playing Civilizations VI

ASUS GPU Tweak II fan curve update NOT SAVED

Hi folks, Anyone has the experience of using ASUS GPU Tweak II? I have hit a problem and don't know how to get around it even after watching some loosely related YouTube videos. My little revamp project

Oh! I thought or shall we say by then, there should be some dual fans RTX 3060Ti. Since RX 6000 series are too thick for the Core V1, unless I change it to Core V21. The budget will be $650 for the CPU+Mobo+RAM. Remaining parts can be reused such as the cooler, PSU.
