It's a verbal noun and means exactly the same as "lighting".

Assassin's Creed Valhalla Benchmark Test & Performance Analysis

The game looks fucking awful. The lightening is all over the place and the AO is a turd. Hair on most characters is terrible. Landscapes look from a 10 year old game and textures are godawful.

Raspberry Pi 400 Compact Keyboard Computer Announced for 70 USD

All the ones I had were terrible with zero shielding and constant noise.

Going by the quality of the previous versions I'd say you are not missing anything.

APC by Schneider Electric Releases Back-UPS Pro Gaming Grade UPS

Schneider is a jack of all trades. Except for Telemecanique (which I'm in love with) all of their brands are average at best. There are plenty of better alternatives. I'm Spanish and I don't remember the last outage in my city. Easily 5+ years.

APC by Schneider Electric Releases Back-UPS Pro Gaming Grade UPS

If I learned something while working with this brand is that it will stop working the day after the warranty expires.

ASUS GeForce RTX 3090 STRIX OC

How is this a Titan class GPU when it doesn't even have workstation certified drivers? There are plenty of professional software that runs like a dog on these just because of that.

PlayStation 5 Launch Supply Reduced due to AMD CPU/GPU SoC Yield Issues

The yield problem is likely to be overclocking the GPU to the moon and not meeting the validation requirements.

NVIDIA Announces GeForce Ampere RTX 3000 Series Graphics Cards: Over 10000 CUDA Cores

That's one of the points, though. Consoles are obsolete even before launch.

NVIDIA Announces GeForce Ampere RTX 3000 Series Graphics Cards: Over 10000 CUDA Cores

RIP AMD. This time around they won't be able to compete even in price. I see the higher ups at AMD hovering their mouses over emails asking their providers to stop the RDNA2 production.

SSD Becomes a System Requirement, 100GB SSD Required for WoW Shadowlands

I remember that Lineage II ran far better on a SSD than an HDD. If you used a RAMDisk all the storage bottlenecks were gone and your CPU was the only thing holding you back. Lineage II launched barely 1 year before WoW.

Because I think you are being dishonest here, you are imposing your personal bias and your calculations are wrong. I'm done here.

    Sharkoon Pure Steel RGB

Of course not. Whoever the actual hell said that the inside air is cooler than ambient? Dear lord... you are trying hard here. Do the math again because your case cycling the air in it every one and half seconds can't possibly be at 44ºC with components inside it drawing 250W. You'd need way...

    Sharkoon Pure Steel RGB

I think you might be overdoing it. I like silence but the temp of your chassis is the composite of the outside temp and inside temp. Even more, the inside temp has air flowing through it lowering the temps so I'd say you are actually strangling your airflow and your components run red hot. Did I...

    Sharkoon Pure Steel RGB

I'd like you to notice how utterly insane is thinking the air flowing through the PSU would be anywhere near 50°C. The delta between the intake air and the outake air would need to be more than 15°C on an already 35°C room. And oh boy the temp in that room having a device constantly pumping 50°C...

I don't think PSUs drawing air from inside the case is a problem anymore.

Epic Games Gets Partial Relief in Legal Battle with Apple

I was obviously referring to developers with iOS in their mind. And again, their next target could be Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft because their consoles are the same walled gardens.

Epic Games Gets Partial Relief in Legal Battle with Apple

The damage is done. New studios will think very carefully if they want to use an engine from a company that puts all their work in the line.

A Battle Royale for the Ages: Apple Announces Decision to Remove Unreal Engine from iOS and Mac Tools; Epic Games Responds With Another Lawsuit

Everyone does know this except for the Epic diehards and romantics with wishful thinking of a better world where multibillion companies stand behind their interests and justice departments would act on morals and ethics instead of the actual law.

A Battle Royale for the Ages: Apple Announces Decision to Remove Unreal Engine from iOS and Mac Tools; Epic Games Responds With Another Lawsuit

I noticed there is a poll and it is misleading to say the least. You don't have to side with Apple to know that a company offering a non-essential service to other companies is in no obligation whatsoever to make business with all of them. It is in the foundation of a free market refuse to do...
