2xxx series propably won't run at 3200 mem, try dropping to 2933 (corrected from 2999, thanks @TheLostSwede) or so. With Zen2 you should have no problems at higher frequency. Edit. Also the latest bioses meant for Zen2 might not be best for older Zen+ series (2xxx).

Had to go back to 18.12.1. 18.12.2 had the memory clock issue (staying at 700MHz idle). 18.12.3 did not fix this and added GPU fan not shutting down at idle anymore.

Will be looking at the 4TB version if the actual retail price will be low enough compared to 860 EVO 4TB (around 850€ currently). Will make a nice drive for steam library. Not the drive you want if moving a lot of files, but for mostly static data should be excellent.

Seems that it only affected upgrades from earlier versions of Windows. My PC, which was upgraded from Windows 8 pro, had this issue (actually got a new license code from MS support which fixed the problem).

Seems to be a long haul waiting for a decently prized HDR monitor and GPU. Next year, or maybe 2020? Won't be upgrading from my my RX480 before those criteria are met.
