Summit Ridge has a 32-lane PCIE root complex with 24 lanes enabled (x16 + x4 for NVME + x4 FCH link), if Raven Ridge has 28 lanes enabled (16+4+4+4), where are the extra 4 lanes routed to, and will those 4 extra lanes work on the desktop version. That's what I'm asking.

Most civilized countries don't see getting more for the same price as "false advertising". What would constitute false advertising is if AMD sold these chips as 1700/1700X/1800X SKUs, but only enabled 6 of the cores.

The box says that there are 3: 1x DIMM.2 slot with 2 M.2 Socket 3 with M key 1x M.2 Socket 3 with M key.

At least the DIMM.2 adapter does put SSDs in an airflow path. From what I can tell, there may be a third M.2 connector under the X399 chipset heatsink (looks like a M.2 2280 standoff just below one edge of the heatsink).

I think you're a slight bit unsure about HBM. Since AMD places the HBM stacks along with the GPU on an interposer, Sapphire couldn't offer a 16GB edition, unless: AMD releases a GPU with 16GB, Sapphire releases a dual-GPU card or there are additional memory controllers in the GPU that will allow...
