Should you overclock uncore frequency ? I think it depend. If you already overclock CPU then why not ? In case of Haswell / Broadwell thing is a bit more complicate because uncore use different voltage but on Skylake (and its brothers) use core voltage so it is like free stuff for extra...

Why cpu test in 06 still lag (2-3fps) with modern cpu like haswell and why it perform worse on fx system , is it heavily rely on floating point ? For 3dmark11 or firestrike my 4770k do 33-35fps in physics test. So much better than 06.
