Mine does too :) I have one of those. I had to replace the laser in the optical drive years ago which gave it a few more years of life. Sadly the second laser died and now I can't seem to find replacement parts for my exact model like I was able to a decade ago. So it sits on my shelf for now.

I seem to have another SM2262ENG + Micron 64L TLC: I bought it in Nov 2019 IIRC.

You may be surprised at the popularity of Quake 3. It is old, but the community is still going relatively strong given its age. It's not like it's some obscure abandon-ware - there would have been quite enough people noticing that there were driver issues and reported it, so more power to AMD...

Good to see. DDG has been my default everywhere for the last few years. Search results are fine. Sometimes you need to be a bit more specific than Google for things that are region specific, but you get used to it by just typing in your country or area after a search term. I find the !bangs...

I finally found some time to come back to this old girl. I decided to paint the front bezel matte black. I filled the front ports and painted the strip with a gloss. None of the ports worked anyway; I think this machine had been knocked around quite a bit before I obtained it.
