    AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

This is bizarre, the 6700 XT is meant to compete against the 3060 and 3060 Ti, the 6800 already dumps all over the 3070, which can't be had for less than £800 here. So why are people trying to feign disappointment because this $480 card is slightly slower than one a tier or even two above it?

    AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

May I ask, how? Did you order online? Seems pretty impossible to get one here in UK.

    AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

I was on AMD's website in a pathetic attempt to buy one of these at 1pm GMT, refreshing like crazy. I estimate the stock sold out in about 5 seconds as I saw the 6700XT pop up and then 'out of stock'. Crazy state of affairs right now trying to get a graphics card in UK. Not true, you get the...

AMD Overtakes Intel in Puget Systems Processor Sales

I would much rather own stability, best performance and security, so I guess Intel is completely out of the picture. Will probably stay that way for years and years.

AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT: All You Need to Know

Yeah, at least. As the 6700XT has Infinity Cache, so effective bandwidth far outstrips the 5700XT, but you chose to ignore that. This is also a new architecture, so silicon size is totally meaningless. CU count is not really relevent here as Xbox Series X GPU is clocked so low (1.8Ghz)...

MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming X Trio

The generationl jump between the 2060 to this is bad enough but when you add the price on top, you have one almighty stinker.

MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming X Trio

'Starting at £450...'. What a waste of time this line-up is. £550 will be the average price!

MSI Radeon RX 6900 XT Gaming X Trio

Impressed how much faster this is than the 3080 in 4K. Doesn't draw too much more power either. Samsung 8nm putting in some (bad) work for Ampere. I agree with the posters in here RE time to retire the 9900K in the test bench. It's holding back the higher end cards and giving a misleading...

First Comprehensive Review of the Core i7-11700K (ES) Surfaces

One point: the Series X can only boost to 3.8Ghz when multithreading is disabled. But yes I agree with you.

WD Black SN850 1 TB SSD

Yep, the difference nearly everyone will notice in real world will be zero. I went with an £86 1TB WD Blue from Amazon instead of paying almost 3X for something like this.

First Comprehensive Review of the Core i7-11700K (ES) Surfaces

This Intel gen should be called Skippy Lake, as anyone with any sense will skip this useless stop gap from Intel and wait for Intel to get off 14nm CPUs or Zen 3+/Zen 4 or better yet, pick up a cheap Ryzen 5000-series CPU. U remember this happened with Skylake (presumably because people liked...

Intel 11th Gen H35 Processors Launched: Fastest Single-Threaded Laptop Performance

Yep exactly. In fact, Intel's latest here is still worse than AMD's mobile 4000-series as Intel's cherry-picked leads in single core are almost margin of error slim but they lose badly in multi-core, power draw/efficiency and price as still too many vendors have the inferior Intel specced...

Cyberpunk 2077 Game and Performance Review Roundup—The Antidote to 2020?

Riddled with bugs holy cow. Also seems a very far cry from the Game of the Year it was hyped to be, its Metacritic review average will slip under 90.

    AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT

More or less equal to 3090 @ 1440p and faster in 1080P for $500 less. Impressive. For the 3090 you're paying an extra $500 for better RT and DLSS 2.0 (or at least until Fidelity FX is not released, once that out, this incentive is mostly gone).

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition

$399 compared to Turing seems like a decent price but puts the card just $100 cheaper than the next gen consoles, which outperform it (not talking about on paper specs, look at an analysis of the settings and performance the PS5 and Xbox are running AC:Valhalla; equivalent to a 3070). In fact...

ASUS Radeon RX 6800 XT STRIX OC Liquid Cooled

6900XT has a clock limit of 3Ghz. That one, liquid cooled, is going to break all records and still probably draw less power than a 3090 :)

    AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

Testament to how worried the Nvidia shills are about their cards...power efficiency of Ampere looks awful compared to RDNA2, how the tables have turned :) Also, RT performance on the level of 2080 Ti is absolutely fantastic, even if RT for me is almost a total irrelevance because of how few...

    AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

Impressive almost 10% gaming performance increase from overclocking, taking it above the 3080 and level with 3090... Nvidia in trouble indeed.

    AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

GamersNexus just uploaded an interesting video of a heavily tuned 5600X vs 10600K (both with tuned memory and overclocked) and the 5600X still trounces the Intel in gaming: SCAN (a large UK component retailer) said Ryzen 5000 saw the fastest CPU sales they have ever seen. Yeh, made me do a...

How is Intel Beating AMD Zen 3 Ryzen in Gaming?

No I owned an Athlon 64 back in the day always wanted to see them compete again but I never thought I'd see them beat Intel in literally every single metric all these years later.

How is Intel Beating AMD Zen 3 Ryzen in Gaming?

Intel fans have gone very quiet, what's wrong guys? :D

    AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

I dont think it's just the memory that was the problem. The difference with other reviews is significant.

    AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

It would be advisable if the whole set of reviews were re-done as this episode has been really damaging to TechPowerUp's reputation, and for my faith in their work unfortunately.

    AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

Your gaming numbers are very different to all the other reviews I have seen out there i.e you have Ryzen 5000 slower than elsewhere. I think there may be an error in your testing akin to Anandtech's when they were blasted for their incorrect Ryzen 2000 benches.

NVIDIA Reportedly Working on GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Graphics Card with 20 GB GDDR6X VRAM

This might be the first Ampere card that's not hamstrung by small memory outside of the 3090. Unfortunately it'll be priced $200 too high most probably.
