Logitech Announces Third Quarter Results for FY 2012

Oi, results for Q3 of 2012?! From a timetraveller, perhaps? :respect:

Steam Hack More Severe Than Thought: Change Your Password NOW

Just the reason why I'm no fan of the cloud. Still trusting all those fat@$$ services that claim they're widely public and insanely safe in the same time? :nutkick: I've always been asking myself, who needs that friggin' Steam and all other on-line services of the likes, anyway? :shadedshu...

Enermax Intros LuxuRay ATX Mid-Tower Case to the Market

A multicolor fan ... well, if THAT ain't something to pay 70 bucks for! Seriously, though, the case looks neat. It's just one of them shiny bricks that have nothing in excess, cover all the basics for a modern system and have a premium name-tag on it, to justify the $$.

XFX Radeon HD 6870 Smiles for the Camera

Er ... what?! Someone in their marketing department actually believes they're gonna make me install this brick-like chunk of composites inside my case?! No F-in' way. This one in particular looks so ugly and unfinished, it makes my snot wanna twist around my neck ... :banghead: C'mon partners...

Corsair Announces Gaming Series PSUs: GS600W, GS700W, and GS800W

+1 Mussels, what's wrong with caring about the looks and tidiness of your system? When everything in my rig is clocked close to the brim of reason, where heat's a huge factor, the last thing I need is useless leads in my case, holding up hot air. The least to say, I hate having to fold them...

Kingston Announces its First USB 3.0 Flash Drives: Data Traveller Ultimate Series

Give 'em a break, guys. C'mon, this is Kingston, not just any brand! What? You thought the brand stamp comes for free too, didn't ya? Gotta love the aluminum wrap over the cheap plastic mold ...

PowerColor Expands its Product Lineup into Power Supply Units

I'm a huge fan of Sapphire's products (had loads of Sapphire videocards throughout the years) but for my latest rig I got me a PowerColor PCS+5850 (price tag on that one was waaaaay too sweet to pass) and all I can say first-hand is that it technically does surpass Sapphire's solution within the...

Arctic Releases MX-4 High Performance Thermal Compound

Another poo-pile on the shelf? Bleh ... they keep developing those "new formulas" out there, marketing every next product as better than the previous one. I bought a tube of MX-3 when it hit the shelves. Wiped the MX-2 off my CPU and put the MX-3 on - it was sh!t at perfomance. Gave it a break...

OCZ Offers the World's Fastest High-Density 4GB DDR3 Modules Operating at 2133 MHz

Currently running these @ 2200 7-10-7-27-1T / 1.65V: http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=261 Why would OCZ afford falling behind with wide timings (CAS9 or 10) for a 2GHz kit?

NEC Debuts MultiSync PA Series with 24-inch Desktop Display for Professional Graphics

Indeed, I've caught myself one too many times reading tech specs on some part, searching for something in particular within the list of features, it IS RIGHT THERE ... and it just goes flat through my eyes. Although I clearly see it, I never really notice it. Blah! :slap: Until I ask "Where the...

    two 4870x2 or 5870

I would get the 5870. One latest generation GPU is always a better idea over two of the older gen. Raw power and benchmarking isn't all that counts, right? :)

NEC Debuts MultiSync PA Series with 24-inch Desktop Display for Professional Graphics

Damn, I'm a moron! LOL Thanks, mate, I must have missed that.

NEC Debuts MultiSync PA Series with 24-inch Desktop Display for Professional Graphics

Pardon the stupid question - are we talking IPS or VA here? I take it that this monitor won't utilize one o' them "nice" TN/TN+ panels. Lookin' at the rated response times, this smells like a VA.
