    AMD Ryzen 5 1600X 3.6 GHz

Surprised how most reviews never mention that Ryzen 5 comes with a CPU cooler. That's still a good $20-$40 you save from not having to buy a cooler with the Intel chips. And if I were to pick, it would be the 1600 and overclock it.

Inno3D Announces the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti iChill Graphics Card

Doesn't the air goes vertical along the fins? As in, it exits the sides of the card, not the front or the rear. That's how my EVGA GTX 1080 SC works at least.

NVIDIA Prepares a Controversial Change to its Driver Update Distribution

Fortunately it's pretty easy to use Geforce Experience to update anyway. But I can see a vocal minority not happy with the decision.

    AMD Radeon R9 290 Non-X 4096 MB

All true and good, but jesus 49dB :banghead: But safe to say once they let their AIB partners come out with some nice dual or triple fan coolers, it's going to be a hit.

Radeon R9 290 Performance Figures Leaked, Beats GTX 780

And hopefully they allow non-reference designs, it will be funny if it ends up performing better than the 290X since the 290X is a furnace that downclocks too much.

Radeon R9 290 Performance Figures Leaked, Beats GTX 780

I'm not on any side, this is great news for prices in general. But both companies switch roles time to time. Remember the 7970 launched at a staggering $550? Then the GTX 680 came out at $400 and even the playing field. Then it made AMD come out with the 7970GE which performs better. The only...

NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Refresh Could Feature GPU Boost and +50% Memory Bandwidth: Report

I still have my trusty old 8800GTS 312mb in my nephew's computer, and since he only has a 1280x1024 monitor, he can pretty much play all the modern games just fine. Sometimes I wish I didn't get used to the 60fps 1080p standard or else I'd get myself a low res monitor with a GTX660 or...

NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Refresh Could Feature GPU Boost and +50% Memory Bandwidth: Report

So it's basically going to be an overclocked 650ti?

Streacom Shows Off Upcoming NUC Case

"the case doubles up as heatsink for the NUC's hot components" Sounds cool, does that actually work?

Nothing, why create a product for Apple/Mac fans if it isn't overpriced?

Intel Ivy Bridge i5-3570K and i7-3770K Comparison

Oh really, so you would pair a AMD Sempron 145 Single Core processor and GTX 680s in SLI to game at 1440p since "All games are limited by the GPU, it doesn't matter which CPU you have." It doesn't work that way. If anything, gaming at 1440P with super high end GPUs will need a fast processor...

NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan 6 GB

A little off topic. But that guy worked at low paying jobs most of his life. Then decides to go to College. Graduates first, and then decides to embark on a Journey in which he will live without money with his wife and child by taking resources from others who give it to him? Story of his...

NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan 6 GB

If this was around $700, I would have sold my GTX 680 and bought this. But $1000, I'd rather just get the 690. Heck, at this point it looks like I'm just gonna have to go 680 SLI.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan Graphics Card Pictured in Full

FXAA and TXAA 4X Although there was a bug in the beta in which TXAA made foliage look like crap. But yeah most other games are barely hitting 1GB of VRAM, so I don't know what the other guy is talking about either.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan Graphics Card Pictured in Full

I looked at the other slide and they are comparing 2 GTX 690s (quad SLI) vs GTX Titan's in 3 Way SLI. What a strange comparison.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan Graphics Card Pictured in Full

The only game that ever allocated the full 2GB on my GTX 680 was the Crysis 3 Beta @1080p which is a rarity in itself.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan Graphics Card Pictured in Full

The thing is though, regardless of what something was "meant" to be, if the price is right and people are willing to pay, people are going to pay, and people did pay. Although I admit I copped my GTX 680 second hand for $400 3 months after launch because I didn't want to pay $550+ like I did...

AMD Releases FX-4130 "Vishera" Quad-Core Processor

Tom's Hardware just updated, it's not a new processor. It's the same 4130 but price dropped to $101 http://www.tomshardware.com/news/AMD-Vishera-Piledriver-FX-4130,20799.html

AMD A10-5800K APU for Socket FM2

It is an improvement when it comes to the GPU side, which IMO with these chips is one of the more important aspects of it. And at only $122, it's priced accordingly.
