according m$ error code db, theres must be several troubleshot caused, it might becouse outofdate or impropely installation of m$ file, it caused strange process executable in window or allocation of files hierachy or naybe the worse case theres issue of hardware like ram access/process malfunction, try to updating vcredistrib since you used sp1, try reinstall or rollback to previous wroking vcredit pack sp1, see if this fixed this c sixzero 5 error code
