Almost there myself. Used to use ATItool extensively. Been using GPUtool on a couple old PCs at work too. I have one PC with a low profile GeForce 8400 GS. Bump up the core a bit and ramp up the memory clock and I can double my framerates in most anything.

Software Bloat makes stuff today slower than what it should be
software Devlopers don't code properly
They just insist on MOAR MEM for their Bloatware to work

actually, some hardware never got faster. Just did benchmarks on someones 'new' quad core AMD (FM2 socket) and it actually came up slower than a core 2 duo i had on hand, let alone a quad.

softwares definitely gotten bloated, no one can argue against that.
