Removed the black plastic shroud from the Zotac 1060 6GB Mini and the temperatures are 10*C less at load. Took 4 small screws and 5 minutes to do. Tested load by playing GTA V for 20 minutes and recording highest temperature. Went from 72 to 62C.

Might have been premature, driving around on certain areas of the game seems to increase temperatures higher, seems about the same actually.
