I got my self an 1070 for cheap that video out was not working(guy used it in sli config) and i found a guy who say that he can fix thr hdmi qproblem for me. He was not succesful so i decided to use mine 3400g apu and to use its hdmi for picture and to use gpu for rendering the games. I put everything togeder and i got error 43. System post everytime without any problem. I opened the card to check everything even cleaned it with breaker cleaner, reheating it and still same problem, the guy who i gave the card try to solder it again and that is what i can see different about it. I download the gpu z and when i switch to 1070 it display nothing(picture downbelow) i think that he tryed also so flash the bios and he was unsucesful. Ehat do you think about all of this?

The device ID shown in GPU-z is definitely not that of an Asus Turbo 1070.
It is either a Manli, or Zotac Bios that has been flashed on to your card.

Try this one:

If the Eeprom isn't being detected you may have to use a CH341a Programmer for it.

You "think" it was altered, or you know it was altered?
Do you have screenshots of GPU-z prior to flashing?
What issues where you having with the card before?
