1080p tv tuner

I've been looking for a tv tuner that can do 1080p hd if anyone knows of one tip me off please.

Part of both the ATSC and DVB standards. So I would guess any tuner does it?

When you get a tuner look out for a QAM tuner. QAM receives digital channels through cable so in theory you should be set.

what if i wanted to play my ps3 on my pc do i use a capture card or a tuner with capture features i don't know my kworld one doesn't work with win7 only with xp and vista

well do you actually need to play it ON your PC or just through your monitor?

simple conversion cables will allow it to work on your monitor. to play it through your pc you will need a video io card (tv tuner, certain vga cards) most ati have avivo which will allow you to input video ... though i haven't used it in years so the step by step idk
