Edit.. its a full ATX x.x my case can only do up to a micro atx :/

1366 MATX Boards are Rare and lightly to be V Expensive ( DECENT 1366 boards are not cheap at any form factor )

that might end up being what i'll end up doing.
i have my z77 on a bench table, might end up turn that into a multi use lol.

Because of the increasing prices of 1366/1056/1155 motherboards, I suggest you look at the 1150 platform.
Thank you much, I had a 97 motherboard but the only spare CPU i have is the pentium anniversary edition g3258 which i don't THINK its going to be a good enough of a chip for adobe premiere and photoshop and GTA5 from time to time :D
