Looks good to me, but I would swap out that 2tb for a 1TB and an SSD, and switch out that 680 for a 670 and overclock it.

Any reason why you're going with a 3770k? With a budget like that SB-E and skt2011 isn't unreasonable if you go with a 3820. It would also give you more room for upgrades where the 3770k will limit what you can do with it in the future. Your CPU lid will be soldered to the actual CPU as well so temperatures very well could be lower on SB-E even if it does use more power. Just a consideration.

Solid build there, but if I may make some suggestions;

Motherboard doesn't offer the best value. I'd recommend the Asrock Z77 Extreme4; offers excellent expandability and performance.

GTX 680 is not worth the price. $100+ more than GTX 670 is not worth the 7-10% performance increase.

With the savings of the above, grab yourself a nice SSD for a system drive.
