Hi
As said in the title I have a bit of a problem with my Asus P5N-E SLI. With just 1gb of memory, my motherboard has no problem reaching 520mhz fsb, but with 2gb it wont go beyond 462mhz fsb stabel. Im using bios version 0401, but I've also tried beta 0604 and it makes no difference at all.. The memory is locked at 400mhz and the chipset voltage is maxed and I've tried upping the Vcore from 1.37V (which usually is enough for 500*7) to 1.45V. Doesn't help a bit..
Is it "just" a crappy memorycontroller, or do you think it would help with more voltage to the chipset? I have watercooling so it wouldn't be a problem. (Tried the pencilmod for Vchipset but couldn't get it to work, but Vdroop works fine)
