If your 2nd NVMe slot comes off the chipset then you need to check if using of SATA ports or other chipset driven PCIe slots are shared and might disable the 2nd NVMe slot.

no m.2 slots are disabled, i don't use sata

OP is complaining that his 970 evo plus is running over 60C while before not mentioning that he was running a stresstest on it....

Not excatly, the temps without the extra fan was very often in the late 60's or 70-71c, not so much that it's in the 60's. 60's is fine, i just don't like 69-71c often when it does nothing, since spec for many m.2 ssds say 0-70 c (storage temps may go up to 85c)

A gpu can go pretty high and if you dont turn up the fans after a game or keep the fans going until a low temp, it wil be hot for long time

If my ssd has gotten hot while gaming, it will stay hot for a long time unless i turn my case fans up for a few seconds, the extra fan did help to stay under 70 c but still close, i think it peaks at 68c

Like a said that heatsink doesn't work well without direct airflow (fan literally pointing at the heatsink) which should dip your temps into the 40's. Once that heatsink has saturated, which happens quickly, it becomes a cauldron of thermal love.

I can't use that, i wanna know (if i buy an extra ssd) before buying an extra ssd what both ssd's would run at

Can't remember what to type (google) so i get an answer to what they would run at x8,x4x4 or x16 x4 x4 or if it could be x16 x4 and x (0)
You need to read your motherboard manual because PCIe & M.2 lanes behave differently on different boards.
Your GPU and primary NVME M.2 should be connected to CPU lanes. GPU should be Gen 4.0 @ 16x and the NVME should be Gen 3.0 @ 4x, but will run Gen 4.0 @ 4x with a newer M.2 SSD.
The other NVME M.2 slot will be connected to the SATA ports and maybe the PCIe 1x slot. Using the 2nd M.2 might disable the PCIe 1x slot or SATA ports. I see you have sound other than onboard, where is it connected?
The manual will tell you how the PCIe 4x slot fits into the picture too.

My recommendation for a replacement NVME M.2 cooler is...
HR-09 2280 – Thermalright or
HR-09 2280 PRO – Thermalright :)

Thats why im willing to buy a different heatsink or ssd

Super expensive to go for a 4tb ssd, i do want an extra 2tb ssd i can use for drive c os, would like a pci e 4.0 x4 nvme ssd and use my hot 2tb samsung 970 evo plus for more games and the steam games i currently have installed on my samsung ssd

Less than 150 euros for a 2tb nvme ssd, getting one 4tb ssd to be 100% shure my ssd can run at x4 and my gpu at x16 (my cpu has 20 pci e lanes) it's around 300 euros and what ever i can get for my samsung ssd (2x 2tb kingston Fury Renegade is much cheaper then the 4tb version 2x1160 or 1x 3000 of my currency)

The other NVME M.2 slot will be connected to the SATA ports and maybe the PCIe 1x slot

No sata, it will run pci 3.0, i just don't remember if it wil run x4 and my gpu will run x8 + drive c running x4 since the lower m.2 slot is used but the chipset (it does that more or less on all normal motherboards, top m.2 slot cpu, lower m.2 slot chipset or motherboard if you will)

If i use m-2 pci e ssd not m.2 sata ssd's they will not run in sata 3 or under 600mb write, read speed

Guess what i forgot i had this https://icybox.de/en/product.php?id=463

And speed is as high as when directly plugged to the mobo ?
Temp looks correct.

Read your mobo manual to know if PCIe x16 will become x8 when an NVMe is plugged in any slot.

You never mention idle temps.

What are the temperatures of your hardware when you don't touch your PC and not stress testing?

Looks like first image tells 48° and bench one reports 56° !!?

Cpu at low usage early 40's or just 1-2 c under 40, my rx 6700 xt is 54c and 58 c (a littel undervolted), monterboard 41c, ssd is 49c, memory 41.3 c (0.2 c difference).

Idle ofcourse a little lower but not by alot

benchmark is aidia64 alle boxes ticked to get most heat, since cpu only doesn't do as much for temps as cpu, ram, gpu and ssd

Cinebench R23 just under 10000 in multi core (very close to a stock up to 4.9 ghz fast i5 11600k)

Update i wanted to put back the shild, cover on my motherboard where i had my ssd, realized the rear fan was intake, now it's out tak since i wanted to try it but also in most configuration outtake fans are best. With my door open i had idle temps on my cpu at early 30's
