These sticks use Micron D9s so yes they will OC well.
I dont have them (I have Firestix), but I have seen them do 3-4-3-9 at DDR2-800, 4-4-4-12 at DDR2-1066.

Most people don't need 4GB so it's not a problem. I just used my girlfriend's home as the second address so I am ok.

RAM prices have fallen pretty bad.
I know there is a Corsair XMS set (which uses Epilida chips - not that great of OCers) for $65 for 2GB)

Thats a good deal too.
These things are falling like crazy.
Last week those were $144 shipped and that was a great price.

From what I have heard they arent much different than the other sticks.
I believe there are only 2 other differences.
1. These have lights on them
2. These come with better Micron D9 chips
