Scooby609, my bad. I guess I should've read the fine print about usage in the US.

For sure though you can make multiple purchases as long as you use different email accounts to register. All of my purchases were made through my debit card, and my bank account showed that the transactions have gone through.

I made my purchases through my own referral codes, and once the purchase is made it'll show up on your account almost immediately that the referral was made.
