So, this thread is for folks looking for, and folks finding hot PC related deals for them this Black Friday/Cyber Monday season in 2019. Things that you wouldn't often see in the usual retail type ads.
  • Got something you want and can wait for an awesome deal? Post it!
  • Find an awesome deal that matches something someone is wanting? Help them out and post it!
If it's just a great deal in general, post it to the hot deals section in it's own thread.

ME: Right now, I'm looking for another Ring Video Doorbell 2, a 2TB portable HDD, a WiFi range extender... and maybe a new Wireless Router. I'll probably think of more later.

I am looking to see if I can get any more NVME storage on the cheap. I would love to see 2TB SSDs under $200 and maybe TR4 processors 2920/2950 for even deeper discounts than what they are at. I would also like to get an X570 board if the price is right, I got the white version of this case for $49.88 on Friday

some more stuff I don't need.

a clc maybe,liquid freezer II 280mm
or a case,beqiet 500

I'd mostly like a keyboard, but I'm in two minds.I'd like a cherry mx mechanical one,had pleasure to try one out,it feels amazing. But my deathstalker is just as fantastic.Love the looks. It can take a punch too, contrary to what ppl say about razer :p

Cherry is better for gaming, deathstaker is my favorite for typing. With mice it's easy,I got two (pic) but with keyboards gotta pick one.

Video Card(s) Asus Strix 3090 with front and rear active full cover water blocks
Storage I'm bound to forget something here - 250GB OS, 2 x 1TB NVME, 2 x 1TB SSD, 4TB SSD, 2 x 8TB HD etc...
Display(s) 3 x Dell 27" S2721DGFA @ 7680 x 1440P @ 144Hz or 165Hz - working on it!!
Case The big Thermaltake that looks like a Case Mods
Audio Device(s) Onboard
Power Supply EVGA 1600W T2

Keyboard Razer something or other....
VR HMD No headset yet
Software Windows 11 OS... Not a fan!!
Benchmark Scores I've actually never benched it!! Too busy with WCG and FAH and not gaming! :( :( Not OC'd it!! :(
There's a list a mile long of things I'd love to get but not a chance at the moment :( I MIGHT try and treat myself to Dirt 2.0 but that's about it as for anything else... Oh and it will have to be the physical copy as well.. I don't really like the download/digital copy thing.... I guess I'm getting too old lol :)

If I see anything from the UK that people would like I'll do my best to get it linked up :)

That said some 32Gb of ram at Overclockers.co.uk is ÂŁ100 only 2400Mhz but I hope that 3000/3200Mhz stuff isn't another ÂŁ100 on top of that price.....

Hopefully, I'll have enough to move to 8x8gb's of RAM by Christmas, eyeing up the 14-14-14-31 bdie 3200mhz kit off teamgroup tbh.

For best performance you should opt for 4x16GB instead of 8x8GB, as you will have troubles achieving the speed and low latency with more memory modules, unless you already have 4x8GB of them, but then maybe you could sell them and get 4x16GB.

I'm wishing for Samsung 860 Pro 256GB SATA SSDs dropping to $49 each. :)

OK $69.

And I wish for the Seasonic TX-700 Titanium fanless to launch at $219 at Superbiiz.com ... They seem to get the Seasonic US launches first, and cost is always lower than Newegg/Amazon. no idea why.

Got the 600watt fanless titanium from Superbiiz in 2017, $189, everyone else selling it for $219, whatever. no issues, and the only part I ever got from Superbiiz. They have some kinda inside track with Seasonic or something? Authorized vendor - I checked the website.

In the meantime, instead of my wishful thinking, found this cool tool bag on Amazon for $16.

Because PC tools need love too. :D

I grabbed a green one and a gray one, nothing earthshaking, but kinda cool and only $16. :)

Also,

I don't know where to post like breaking hardware launching news?

General hardware? Peripherals? no peripherals forum that I could find.

Anyhoo,

TPU does such a magnificent job of introducing NEW hardware in the news section, but when that hardware actually becomes available to purchase? Who knows? Right?

Be so great if they had a Launch Thread or Section or something since sometimes its 6months 9months after Computex you see something you love, are interested in or want badly, but then if you don't keep searching and following up a few times a week, how do you know WHEN you can actually buy it?

On that notation, Glorious began taking reservations for $5 today for the Glorious Model D mouse at 12noon Eastern Standard Time.

Been using Logitech MX Master mice for so long for work and LOVE them but feel disconnected from gaming mice so instead of purchasing a 2nd MX Master 3, threw down the 5bucks to reserve a Glorious Model D in black color matte finish today at high noon. :)

The MX Master 3 is extremely COOL for getting work done, but a wired mouse for BL3 and Doom Eternal and to drop into bios like constantly tweaking overclocks and stuffs.

Glorious Model D launch is next month December.

... plan on running it in static blue soothing lighting. ahhhhh.

Model D Reservation.jpg

Yep, from my build thread October, the Logitech MX Master 3 finally arrived, way over 30days late, Logitech said they were out of stock almost daily, got 20%off ($20) so not so bad.

Sorry for highjacking the wish thread, guess I had lots of info I wanted to pass on to help out. :)

Newegg Black Friday Ad is up. You will get redirected through an ad proxy through TPU but that is TPU thing, not me - https://www.newegg.com/Black-Friday-Ad

What's an ad proxy? Is that like a vendor affiliate link where kickbacks/umm revenue monies are sent to websites or individuals for linking a sale when purchases are made?

Geez, what ever happened to passing on amazing hardware experience info and great deals to help other enthusiasts from the goodness of your heart?

Perhaps I need to link my brain to monetary funding. Hmm (scratching head emoticon).

This opens up an entire NEW WORLD of economics.

Yadazee, Yadazee.

Tomorrow, I turn over a new leaf. :)

Wadda ya think, Glorious Cat Mascot? Good Idea or Bad Idea?

It is kind of like an affiliate link that TPU puts in when it detects the Url is for Newegg, such that TPU will get a small cut if you visit the link or buy something (not sure which or both). I put in the disclaimer because a jackass has accused me in the past of trying to slip in an ad redirect link, but TPU puts this in, not me.

Nice fluffy huggable cat there, but my doggie will not approve me of doing so.

Thanking everyone at TPU.

I believe TPU should receive LARGE amounts of money for the amazing insight direction and wisdom from enthusiasts giving their personal long term mid-term experience of a product. After all, we spend much more time than any silly reviewer getting to know a product sku first hand. :)

Just saying if TPU needs investors.

...another note, the most compelling attraction for a boring white bread guy  like me is a beautiful Greek Italian Spanish Irish multiracial woman to love and adore.

We all wake up in the morning in accordance to a certain special stimulus - a love that drives our life forward.

And I'm out. It's been more than a blast, TPU. :)

Thank you W1zzard bro, you are top notch, the highest caliber human in my book, you ever need any financial business assistance moving the positive forward - please contact me.

Alina is my kryptonite. :)

Benchmark Scores theres nothing to brag abt potato, but it can run decent 30fps fullhd with good setting:)
some more stuff I don't need.

a clc maybe,liquid freezer II 280mm
or a case,beqiet 500

I'd mostly like a keyboard, but I'm in two minds.I'd like a cherry mx mechanical one,had pleasure to try one out,it feels amazing. But my deathstalker is just as fantastic.Love the looks. It can take a punch too, contrary to what ppl say about razer :p

Cherry is better for gaming, deathstaker is my favorite for typing. With mice it's easy,I got two (pic) but with keyboards gotta pick one.
how much this stuff worth?, curious about it, my firend once offering this, i skip it becouse it cost alot just for a rgb keyboard

For best performance you should opt for 4x16GB instead of 8x8GB, as you will have troubles achieving the speed and low latency with more memory modules, unless you already have 4x8GB of them, but then maybe you could sell them and get 4x16GB.
4x16 isn't going to give better performance than 8x8? 16gb DIMMs tend to overclock far worse on average not to mention "fast" kits are overpriced and I need to bump up the amount of RAM usage I have in the process - and I'm moving my current RAM kit to my 6600K system upon an upgrade.

This is the kit that I have. Turn on XMP on an x299 platform and it runs as spec. If you are sticking with your x299 it should work, but it is not compatible with AMD if you plan to upgrade that way.

I looked at Newegg and all the faster 8x8GB kits are much more expensive than this, and the same speed 8x8GB Corsair is also more expense and has higher latency. I always believe with more memory sticks/modules the CPU IMC sometimes have trouble reaching the proper speed unless given a small voltage bump. What speed and kit do you have in mind?
