The Corsair Carbide 400 series is a smaller version of the 600 series. On paper, the case still reads like quite the potent enclosure without any real drawbacks in comparison to the Carbide 600 series, which is already extremely promising as it costs a full 50 US dollars less.

Yes. I quite like it. If I ever get a new, bigger case and have a budget for it I will definitely keep this in mind.

I hate that they remove the 5.2" drive cage and replace it with 'nothing'.
An additional, removable 3.5" drive cage could fit there perfectly.

A one 5.25" bay would be fine, I sometimes need my BD-ROM drive for movies since I don't have a player or console with BD capabilities..

But everything else looks pretty nice in this. Windowed version would look even better.

I like it but there is not enough room for 3.5" drives, though maybe I just need to get bigger SSDs its a shame they come at a price premium.
