Hi,

I need help to decide the other parts.

Questions / Doubts

1. For the CPU COOLER I was thinking on the Noctua NH-L9x65, what do you think?.

2. Is the Corsair SF600W a good PSU?, remember that I have a GTX1070, I need enough wattage.

3. Is that a good case?, I need a case that allows me to install a 3.5" hard drive, I only have found that one (Silverstone RVZ01B).

4. Any good DVD-RW optical drive?.

1. Aesthetics wise I usually would go with a Cryorig C7, but have had no issues with Noctua.
2. Cant really go wrong with Corsair*** (was looking at the case typing this) imo
3. If that is what you need, id go for it.
4. Why would you need a DVD-RW drive (just curious)

Power supplies and cases are two of the most important items of any computer build!

Why are you going with such a tiny case?

my friend uses one of those case,
he uses 970 windforce with it, no problem at all,
a bit cramped, but a good small case nonetheless

the PSU is excellent

yeah its twice as wide. but far less limitations on cooling and it takes a standard size power supply. it should still fit in a small reusable grocery bag for carrying around.

as for the optical drive. I cant remember the last time I actually used one. I have an external unit that sits in the garage collecting dust. so something cheap and external is my recommendation.

The L9x65 works fine...if you have ventilation. I hardly use it nowadays because even with a NF-A14 blowing over it in my SG08, it does not get enough air to keep my 4790K cool at full load, as opposed to the D9L which does the job admirably, expected from a 92mm tower. However, if you aren't pushing it - the 6700K should be fine as it is clocked lower and is inherently a good chunk cooler and more efficient than my great big hog of a 4790K.

Yes, the SF600 should be a decent PSU by any standard. Not that you have a lot of choices otherwise, but the SF600 shouldn't have any problems and it's nice that Corsair added a bit of competition to this part of the market.

That case is a cheap clone of the discontinued Caselabs S3 and even bigger than the S3 at that. I hope you have a large goddamn grocery bag that we haven't seen before because nothing else is going to fit that larger-than-a-prodigy monster.

This thing will last a lifetime.

Any case will last if you give it care, and if it's built properly. My SG08 will last until the end of damn time because I don't hurl it around like a ball. I'm not sure the point you're trying to make about the supposed fragility of mini-ITX cases. As long as it's not predominantly flimsy plastic like Thermaltake Core series then it will be fine.

Building in a "tiny case" is a choice. If said case is designed thoughtfully and one is not trying to break records and recommended limits in cramming large hardware into a small case, it is no harder to build in than your typical ATX full tower.

I got the Corsair SF600 i purchased it bcs I needed a ITX psu and it has a 92mm fan instead of a 80mm fan so it should be quieter.
