What are the best options for 4~6 tb of cloud storage?

Google Cloud Storage's highest availability cloud storage is 0.02 USD per GB/Mo. You pay for what you use so if you're actually storing 4-6TB, that would be ~80-120 USD a month excluding API calls and ingress/egress bandwidth.

private servers. Don't reccommend OTC cloud solutions unless you store content that is only created by yours and can be proved as such in the court of law..... backing up music/moves is OoTQ on those....
You can get a private server with companies like TMZ, Choopa, etc for 20/mo for a full VPS and have more control over data if you can't host at home... You could get amazon EC2 and link it to the VPS as well. I've done sorta the same with TMZVPS and Microsoft Azure... Go private if you value your sanity..

I don't think there will be any change. I will upload the 4~6 tb of data once, and then download it later. The files will be compressed archives.

Is a private personal desktop system not an option? You can have 10TB+ for less than the cost of a year's remote hosted storage. A secondary benefit is not having to pay for bandwidth when you first upload your data if it's on the local network.

I use this to backup important data on my NAS. It's essentially my backup if my house burns down and I lose everything.
You will have to pay transfer costs to get it back out though. So I don't recommend it for data you want to access frequently.
