The Rx 470 is running really hot on my mini itx build. ALmost up to 90C, when i check review in Techpowerup on this graphic card, the GPu only max at between 60-70C. Would some one able to help me on this.

Well cards these days go for silence and run pretty low,fan curves, coupled with your ITX case it doesn't surprise me. You could use Wattman to set a more aggressive fan curve or use the Temp Target feature. Alternatively 3rd party programs like Afterburner will let you do the same.

Itx is the issue, they were only meant for low power systems. Not good for keeping higher end gpus cool

Benchmark Scores Don't know any benchmark. It runs good enough for me.
It is the itx case that cause the build up of heat for that Metis the only ventilation is the back fan and the power supply. What is your cooling orientation? The recommended orientation is the back fan as intake while the psu is used as exhaust to prevent "fighting of air". As an itx case user myself heat is quite an issue without good fan and airflow.

The only other mod I can think one is to remove that plexiglass and ghetto mod a 120mm/140mm fan on it for more cooling.

The case was pretty small. Here is example of inside. I also take off the plexiglass.
I was able to stable at 75C using WAttman.

I would recommend taking the cooler off and replacing the thermal paste.

Since the Case is not spacious, there could be the airflow concerns. It could be due to not having stable and equalized airflow within the case. Can you increase the fan speed to 100% ? try and report back. However, Latest GPUs are meant to run at far less hotter on thermal with even minimum fan comparable to previous generations. Fan curve usually solve the temperature issue unless there is internal overheating issue.

Take off the side panel and see if you can notice any changes to temperature readings.

and on 3rd pic ya can see the hdd is blocking half the card + fan

if ya can get that hdd to other place you surely will improve tempwise greatly.
no need for paste change on new card

Man, that's crowded. IMO you can't get better than 75 if you keep that case. Although not bad for smaller GPUs, the 470 needs airflow. And I would say with so little space 90C is also pretty good.
