I was wondering the same thing ... I saw NewEgg and Amazon didn't list it yet. I have a feeling the retails will inflate the prices a little higher to be greedy and cover demand.

I will check back those two sites later in the day.

looking fwd to the reviews and all I was thinking of upgrading to the i7 7770k later on near the end of the year. so I love to see how this will be compered to intel.

Yeah, reviews won't be long. I wanted it purely to play with it, I'm taking the hype with a pinch of salt but it's looking very good. If you want a processor for multithreaded workloads then it's a no brainer to go with a Ryzen 1700/1800 over a 7700k, but the single threaded performance will be interesting for gaming, it all depends on how high these things can clock and only time will tell.

Good news is 7700K is already selling for $299 with additional discount of $30 when bundled with motherboard at Microcenter. According to your timeframe you might be able to get even better deal.
