RX480 green screen

Just purchased a Sapphire 480 8GB at a great price last week and everything has been working great except if I turn the TV off at night and then either turn it on in the morning or in the afternoon after work I'm welcomed to a green screen. All I can do is restart the PC to get around it. Has anybody else experienced this issue with the 480?

Bad bios flash but on boot so possibly coming out of suspension its failing ,try high performance mode no sleep on monitor then turn it off, or down clocking gpu?? Could be tricky since it could be in a low power state ,try disabling ulps using sapphire trixx or something and possibly a bad bios flash has happened , might need more volts in a p mode.

Sounds more like a Windows 10 sleep issue than a bad card.

I disabled ulps in trixx last night and this morning so far good. Well see what happens this evening.

Still working last night so thank you theoneandonlymrk for pointing me in the right direction. Now with disabling ULPS does this make the card work all the time at its max clock? This card sits in my HTPC so isn't going to game all the time so not keen on it running full throttle all the time.

Nah it'll still throttle up and down, the card just wont shut off.

Observe clocks via gpu-z. As far as I know it's just not going into deep sleep anymore, so in idle the consumption is a bit higher - a bit.
